TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
• The only forms of payment accepted are via PayPal (USD/EUR) or DeviantArt points.
• Full payment is required up-front
• Refunds only before I started working/issued by me
• Tipping does not award you exceptions from respecting the TOS unless agreed on beforehand.PROCESS AND CHANGES
• You can request up to 3 thumbnail concept sketches to get a better grasp on what the design should look like.
• You will be asked to approve the final sketch before I continue working. In this stage, big changes that do not entail remaking the entire sketch can be requested free of charge.
• Unless the final sketch doesn't match the original request due to a mistake on my part, finished sketches will not be remade free of charge.
• After the sketch approval the only changes you can request are color changes (of the flat colors, lineart color or shading/lighting colors, color overlays) and effects changes (removal of gradients, particles, replacing of patterns and other effects).
• Commissions do not have a specific timeline they get done under. Most commissions get completed in under a week but they can take longer. You have the right to ask for updates on your commission after a week has passed from the payment date. You can check the status and progress of your commission on Trello.
• The order of the commission queue is mostly first-come-first-served based on the date of the payment, but only on starting the work, commissions for different people can be worked on at the same time. Commissions can be put on "priority" if I decide it is necessary.USAGE, TRADING AND RESELLING
• You are not allowed to use any of the designs commissioned from me in an NFT project / Cryptocurrency setting regardless if pieces drawn by another artist are used. This will get you blacklisted and I will try to get the offending posts/accounts using any of my designs in this way removed from the social networks.
• First time there is an art piece made by you of that character I must be credited, after that credit is optional.
• Credit to me is obligatory for reposting/usage of the original reference sheet on social media. For any future reference sheets made by someone else, I must be credited for the design.
• If the character is posted on ToyHouse, credit me as the designer and/or creator (my ToyHouse is PinkSinsila)
• You are allowed to edit the design as long as it is this recognizable as the original design.
• You are allowed to edit the original reference picture, for that you will receive the original SAI2/PSD file (without the sketches)
• You are allowed to sell, trade or gift the design. In the case of reselling you cannot sell it for more than you bought it for unless there's other paid art added to the character (paid in real currency or digital currencies convertible to real currencies, bought by you, not commissions received as gifts/paid by other people). The maximum resell value is determined by the original price of the design price + the value of each paid art piece. You can sell the design for less (but I would advise against it).
